The office is clean and bright from the waiting area to the examination rooms. The equipment is state of the art, very clean and well-maintained. "I am a new patient not because I didn't like my previous eye doctor, he is starting to wind down his practice. I searched online for several eye clinics in my area and chose Achord. I checked the credentials of all the OD's and found them to be superior. I made an appointment and went in. They were busy but I felt welcomed from the start. The clinic is well staffed with knowledgeable people in the different facets of the eye care experience. I was seen at the time of my appointment. Their screening devices are all up to date and modern. I didnt need to have drops put in my eye for my exam. My eye doctor, Dr. Shepard was polite, answered any questions I had and took her time with me. I did order a new pair of glasses and found Julie to be nice and knowledgeable of the large selection of different frames and offered her opinion on what style best fit my face.
